How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within *2 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped with tracking information. 

 

Please note:

some products may take up to 10 days to ship.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are processed through our centralized fulfillment system and shipped directly to your address for your convenience.

Not in North America but want to place an order?

Absolutely — we ship worldwide! All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Winnipeg, Canada. Please note that Geôlier is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on your local customs regulations.

Where do you ship to and how long does delivery take?

We offer free & fast international shipping worldwide. Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days after dispatch; domestic shipments in Canada arrive even faster.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use the Order Tracking page on our site.

Will customs duties or import taxes apply?

International orders may be subject to duties or taxes depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are typically processed within an hour. Please contact us at orders@geolierattire.com immediately if you need to make changes.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn and unused items. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details and return labels via UPS/Canada Post.

Is return shipping free?

Yes, returns within Canada are free of charge. International returns may require return postage.

How do I choose the right size?

We use Italian sizing for clothing and UK sizing for men’s shoes. Each product page links to our Size Guide—contact us anytime if you're unsure.

Do your items fit true to size?

Our standard fit follows the size guide. Specific fit details (e.g. slim, relaxed) are noted on each item’s description.
